I was wondering why there were so many red roses when I passed the floris. Oh, yeah,  today is Valentine’s day.

V-day is very popular all over the world, including China and other Asian countries, which have different cultures and customs from the West. Especially to those young people, V Day is quite familiar. When meeting on the street, or on the campus, young guys will say “Happy Valentine’s Day” to each other, with sweet and big smile on their faces. However, most people might know nothing about V Day except for the date and love.

There is nothing worng in marking a special day of love even if you support love throughout the year. I personally feel that there should be V-day but should not be dominated by only gfs and bfs. Love has no boundry. You can love your father, your mother, your sister, your brother , your friend and etc. So you should consider all these people.

Guys, Happy Valentine’s day. And pls share meaningful and heartfelt appreciation to all the important people in your life, not just your lover; show your kindness to strangers;  and recommitting to your own spiritual values.  You’ll get more than you expect.
