The Image of My Father

Subconsciously, we children often look our father as a hero who is strong and wise, for they always seem to have nothing to fear. I am not exceptional. My father, as I see it, who acts not only as the family supporter but also as the mediator in our family quarrel is more than a hero to me. When I was still a little kid, my father was actually a god who know everything and who can do everything. Now, as a college student, I do realize that my father is just one of those common people. But I still think my father is good model for me to follow.
He didn’t get a good education or even some necessary job training. But this can’t prevent him being a good father. In my hometown, he runs a successful business which is properly managed and is big enough to support our whole family. Actually, he is one of the most important and successful figure in our small village. In this way, I always feel proud of him for being a self-made man.
