Bamboo
Have you ever noticed that our mother nature teaches us a lot of wisdom using her unique language? Sometimes one lesson from nature can be of great use in your whole life. If you try to discover using your heart, some day you will reach the greatest wisdom that lies in a single blade of grass or in a bundle of followers.
I am one of those lucky guys who have the privilege of being taught by nature in person.
It was a windy afternoon. Strong wind bent everything it touched, warning a heavy rainfall was on its way. As time passed by the wind was becoming stronger and stronger. When the crazy wind roared through the woods again and again many trees were broken. Right after the storm one strange phenomenon captured my eye: the bamboo grove was in very good condition as if nothing had happened. It set me thinking immediately. What is the reason? Why the strong storm didn’t do any harm to the bamboos? Just then a gust of wind blew upon the bamboo forest. No matter how hard the wind was, bamboos just bent themselves with the wind and after the wind they straighten their bodies again. In this way they successfully protected themselves from the strong storm.
Do you get what I mean here? When in disastrous situation where all things are against your will you don’t have to be brave, even you don’t have to fight back. Learn to bend yourself in case you would break your back. Soon things will get better. This is a lesson taught by nature.
